Jordan provides comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that take into consideration all aspects of health and fitness needs. He specializing in working with those who are looking to gain strength and mobility while dealing with limitations, restrictions and injuries.
For roughly two decades Jordan has been assisting others in achieving their health and fitness goals.
He began his career in the fitness industry working for the YMCA at the age of 16. Along the way he has worked at organizations like Plus One Health Management (a corporate fitness firm) at their Goldman Sachs location, the Four Seasons, New York Sports Club, Gold's Gym and the YMHA.
He was first certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 1998. He now holds multiple personal training certifications including the prestigious Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Some of the organizations he has certifications with include the American Council on Exercise, StrongFirst and Functional Movement Systems.
Continuing education is a priority for Jordan. He has studied with some of the premiere names in strength, fitness and rehabilitation such as; Postural Restoration Institute, Functional Movement Systems and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization.
Jordan is also a certified yoga and tai chi instructor and incorporated this knowledge and practice into his teaching and training.
When he's not in the gym training or teaching he's playing with his two incredible daughters and enjoying time with his beautiful wife.
