Semi-Private

Experience the best of both worlds. With our Semi-Private Training sessions you’ll be paired with one other person, allowing us to still focus on your specific needs. Benefit from individualized programming while enjoying the camaraderie and motivation of training with a partner. This option allows for shared costs while maintaining the personalized touch of our training approach. It also allows more flexibility in scheduling than joining a small group.

Small Group Training

Our Small Group Training sessions create a fun and supportive environment for you to achieve your fitness goals with friends, family, or fellow fitness enthusiasts. Working in a small group of 4-6 participants, you'll receive expert guidance and a well-structured workout program designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
